Terms of Service

Introduction

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and the "company", concerning your access to and use of the services. You agree that by accessing the services, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. If you do not agree with the terms of service, then you are advised to refrain from accessing and/or using the services and you must discontinue use immediately.

Definitions

In these Legal Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

"Company", "we", "us", or "our" refers to GoRiskless Oy, a limited liability company registered in Finland under company number 3620425-9.

"You", "your", "user", "client", "organisation" refers to the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Services, and, where applicable, the person authorized to act on behalf of such entity.

"Services" refers to the website, software, and related services provided by the Company, including any associated features, applications, integrations, content, and functionality made available through or in connection with the website.

Service Usage

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, including the "PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES" section below, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services. Any breach of these Intellectual Property Rights will constitute a material breach of our Legal Terms and your right to use our services will terminate immediately.

Late Payments

If Customer fails to pay undisputed Fees by the due date, company reserves the right to charge late payment interest; recover reasonable costs of collection; and/or suspend or restrict access to the Services after prior notice.

Cancellations

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting the company. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the then-current billing cycle; provided that a minimum notice period of 30 days is required from the date of the cancellation request is received by the company. Following cancellation, you will continue to have access to the services until the end of the applicable billing cycle and any required notice period, after which access will be terminate or downgraded, as applicable.

Refunds

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in specific offer or subscription plan, all fees are non-refundable. This includes prepaid fees for subscription periods in which the services are partially used or unused. The company does not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused services, or periods in which access was available or not used. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the company may, in its sole discretion, issue refunds or credits.

Service Availability

The company may, in its sole discretion, modify, restrict, suspend, discontinue, or limit the availability of the Website and services, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. Such actions may be taken for any lawful reason, including, without limitation, legal, compliance, security, operational, or technical, commercial, or economic reasons, or to protect the rights, property, safety, security, or interests of the company, its users or third parties.

The company may limit, deny, suspend, or terminate access to all or any part of the Website and services, for users located in countries, residing in, accessing the services from, or otherwise connected to any country, territory, jurisdiction, or region where the company determines, in its sole discretion, that providing the Website or services is prohibited, restricted, impractical, or presents legal, regulatory, compliance, security, operational, or business risk.

Geographic Availability and Feature Variation

The services may not be available in all regions, countries, or geographical areas, and certain features, functionality, or content may vary based on location. The company may launch, modify, or discontinue portions of the services on a phased, limited, or experimental basis, including by region or user group, may determine, in its sole discretion, when and where such features are made available. The company does not guarantee that all features or functionality will be available uniformly or consistently across all regions, countries, or geographical areas, or at the same time.

Suspension or Termination of Service

The company may, in its sole discretion, suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate your account or access to the website and/or services, in whole or in part, immediately, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including, without limitation:

  • violation of these terms,
  • suspected fraud, abuse, misuse, unlawful activity, or security incidents;
  • compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
  • protection of the rights, property, safety, security, or interests of the company, its users or third parties;

Where an account is associated with an organization, the company may suspend, restrict, disable, or terminate access to any individual account, multiple accounts, or all accounts associated with the organization.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the services for any purpose other than that for which we make the services available. The services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us and that do not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or policies.

You agree NOT to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Use the services in a way that it was not designed or intended to be used.
  • Use the services as part of any effort to compete with us.
  • Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Use the services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Engage in unauthorized framing of or linking to the services.
  • Systematically retrieve data from the services through means that not intentionally made available.
  • Provide false information to gain access or use the services.
  • Engage in any activity that would interfere or disrupt the normal operation of the services.
  • Engage in any activity that would interfere or undermine the security of the services.

  • Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
  • Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Website, service(s), or security of the services or any part of the services or the Website.

  • Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the services.
  • Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the services to you.
  • Attempt to bypass any measures of the services designed to prevent or restrict access to the services, or any portion of the services.
  • Copy or adapt the services' software, technology, or content by any means.
  • Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the services.
  • Use the service through a third party or provide access to the services through a third party.
  • Make any unauthorized use of the services, including collecting personal data, sensitive data, by electronic or other means.

Liabilities

The company does its best to ensure that the information provided through the Website and the services is correct at all times. However, the company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, representativeness, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the Website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Website for any purpose. The user understands that due diligence in decision-making by the user is required before relying on any information obtained through the service. The user relying on information provided by the company understands that due diligence and analysis are required before making any decisions based on the information. The user agrees that the company is not liable for any errors or omissions in any information obtained from the Website. The user agrees that the company is not liable for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of reliance on any information obtained from the Website.

The company will not be liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation:

  • any direct or indirect loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use or inability to use the Website or services; and/or
  • any economic loss or damage; and/or
  • disruption of services; and/or
  • unforeseen events or changes to the services; and/or
  • any other losses or damages.

The company owns all rights, title and interest in and to the Website and all the intellectual property rights in and to the Website and the information, software, text, graphics, images, audio, video and other material contained on the Website (collectively, the "Content"). We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, Website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics in the services (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks"). Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws (and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws) and treaties.
